First, I’ve finalized all the pages for Chapter one, and the post number came out a little odd. April is going to be a five page post month, so get ready for an extra page post next month. Also, this is not a joke. And once again a new week, a new update for sparing a vote. This is page four: Voting for the next side story will end next week, so I have time to start penciling pages over the next month. Get in on that soon!

Alright, I mentioned this being a possibly over on twitter a day ago, and I think I need to post something more official about it. I am nearly done putting together the first Asis printed book, it contains the first two prologues, ‘A Creation Story’ eight page short, seven pages of early design work, and… This leaves me  5-10 pages to play with to round the book out to 120-125 pages. Ideally I want to fill those pages with guest art by other people. So what’s in it for you?

• *If you get printed:
• -Your art included on a full or half page spread, along with your name (Or alias of choice), and a link to your gallery, art or online comic.
• -A free, personalized* copy of the printed book, and shipping within the US. (Outside the US? We’ve recently had a jump in shipping costs here, I can still arrange a free book, and depending on location shipping may be free, or at a discount to actual cost)
• -Ideally, and budget permitting, I’d like to toss some extra money at you as well, $10-20 is the aim.
• -You’ll also get in on a promo post, but one just for art that gets into print.

 

• *If you submit but do not get printed:
• -I’ll do a few promotion posts to share your art, along with links to your online galleries. These will be cross posted to DA, FA, Tumblr, and the main Asis site.

Oh hey, there are a few requirements for this..

• -You must be 18 or older. (Due to legal reasons with my printing and sale of books containing your art)
• -Art must feature only characters or scenes featured in the main two prologues.
• -Art files must be 7 inches by 10.50 inches, OR 3.50 by 5.25 inches, 300 dpi.  (I WILL NOT ASK FOR the full DPI files unless you get picked for print, BUT please have a copy ready at that size.) I CAN work with slightly smaller or larger files.
• -If you’ve done art for me in the past and it fits into the requirements mentioned above, you can also submit for print!

So yeah, deadline is loosely ‘near the end of March’, as I’d like to have the files formatted and ready for test print before the end of March. Submissions can be sent to my email: Skulldog@gmail.com

• – You only have to submit a web copy, I will not ask for your print ready files unless you get picked for print.
