A few things I should point out across the site. First, a few weeks ago I shifted my hosting plan into VPS areas, to help combat those ever increasing instances of 500 errors. For the record those were happening when this site was getting too much traffic on a very limited server. With the magic power of a few extra dollars per month, I have given us double the speed and memory power to help keep that from being something that happens as frequently and as long. That said you still may run into 500 errors here and there over the next few months while I work with my WordPress backend to play nice with the new VPS. These will however be fewer and fair between, as well as something that will return to normal function within a smaller window, usually 10-25 minutes tops. I’ve also hit a new goal for my Patreon support for this webcomic! With this we will get a full six page update whenever it works into story pacing. What this means is, as long as posting six pages doesn’t result in my posting of a drastically important new scene start, we get six pages each month. I only left that as a pending option since I hate seeing a chapter end, then a big shocking chapter start page ruin the flow for the month. (PS: April will get six pages, promise.) There are two more goal levels to hit, one adds a side story comic that backers will get early access to, and the last removes all ads from the site as long as the Patreon remains at the that goal level. Also with the Patreon update, I’ve added a level for Monthly Merchandize. Backers of this level will get a physical item sent to them each month, be it a sticker, bookmark, postcard, button, original sketch or other fun items I find I can create. These will feature art and characters from both Asis and any side comics I’m working on at the time you back. And hey, you guys are awesome, I can’t thank those of you that help support this comic work enough, feel free to vote on a wallpaper I plan to add for everyone as part of the success of the current Patreon goals.

Every once in awhile I like to update the current reading list, and that day is today. I have two newly started comics to share, both with a flair of post apocalyptic critters. Project: Post Burn – An epic journey across a future Earth now inhabited by a hyena like race of highly adaptive survivors. Carnivore Planet – Scifi Robots, talking animals, anarchists, all tossed together with a quirky sense of humor.  

Patreon is a site I’ve been eying the last few weeks as an option to fund this comic, and I finally set it up the other night. Patreon allows fan to donate as little as $1 a month to help support creators work, and in turn get rewards. There’s no long term commitment, and you can turn off backing whenever you want.
