It’s a bit of a massive worldbuidling dump, but the long and short is Duno as a human centric city ended up trying to forcibly capture Asini to use within their own military to counter the naturally supportive Asini military of the Halzin Nations. It’s a dying art at the current point, with Sunder being one of the last imprisoned from here.
