Much like their Rasha brethren the Feri are a people of canine based Second Race, while the Rasha kept close to humans and up kept long held loyalties, the Feri took to the wilds and only upheld their personal social structures to stay alive in a harsh world. Feri hold a very uniform build, all being mostly wolf like in appearance, while some groups have some traits that might be described as hyena like. Furs are generally a deep gray, brown or tan, with darker areas on the muzzles, tails and paws. Some Feri carry dark stripes, sports or merle markings. Feri take the natural weapons of the Rasha a step further, bites can be fatal, and Feri are built for long distant sprints to take down prey with high efficiency. Reproduction is unknown in the modern world, but assumed to be similar if not identical as their Rasha siblings. Feri also have a higher tolerance for the effect of Rain Madness, likely due to their long term life in the desert. This also makes them formidable foes one on one in a storm setting.
Feri hold themselves to an old code to never live among Humans and as such are scattered out in small pack groups across the main continent. Feri are generally aggressive and uninterested in races outside their own small pack networks. Due to this, they are not welcome nor invite themselves into or near most major settlements, instead just hunt travelers along most of the major trade routs.
Feri tend to distance themselves from any interaction with the world, leaving them to be a sort of mythical race that get blamed for any killings along any travel paths, and are used as a threat to young children of many races to avoid wondering off alone into the desert.
