Originally a small, but thriving city, Arvent Kir was a destination for travel particularly renown for it's exclusive crops of exotic fruits. After the fall of Asis, Arvent Kir fell into to a shadow of it's former glory as it's primary crops failed, and travel all but came to a standstill. Built into a shallow valley, the city itself is even further carved out of the land. Architecture is primarily stone, and originally extended far along the main path into the city.
While holding the title of Kir City?, Arvent was not always an open city, following the death of Asis, it remained mostly closed to outsiders taking up residence or trading. As the population began to falter, the city was opened, but the residents are wary and to some extent still cold toward anyone coming in.
The rich local soils that once produced vibrant plants, still allows for very abundant production of merger crops. Arvent Kir relies on these food stables as it's only source of income.
Originally primarily human, and with only a handful of transient Asini located there to up keep the small temple. Arvent Kir is currently still heavily human run, with a only a 1/4th of the population as Second Race. Asini have not been allowed within the city since a series of incidents involving violence against the human population.
