Halzin Nations is only a city in name, and is actaully made up of a dozen smaller, well defined towns within one large boarder. In physical footprint, Halzin Nations makes up the largest city by size. Sharing a single government group, each smaller town, has representatives located in the main sector of Renne Kir?, allowing this spread out city to function. Loose dirt pathways inter-cross across the smaller cities, making travel around the whole of the city much easier.
Buildings across the whole area are built from pressed clay, with more important structures standing in stone and wood accents. Farmland, lakes and other natural resources are encircled by the city's area, protecting them from outside forces from tapping into them for food.
Unique to the larger city, Second Race makes up the majority of the population, with humans coming a very close second. Asini make up a small fraction, and have been dwindling over time.
Racial variation among the human population can be broken up into two groups, the resident and the transient. The resident racial traits come from the original human settlement that founded the city. These individuals are heavy set, with rounded features and darker skin. Hair tends to be either dark brown, or copper, with green eyes. The transient racial group is mostly formed of smaller towns that originally moved in and settled in the early years of founding. This group are taller, lightly built, with angular features and high cheek bones, with defined brows. Both skin and hair are usually lightly colored, and eyes tend toward darker browns and ambers. While other variations are present in the population, these two trait sets are the most prominent.
Second Race also have set features that are more common within only the city. Wepi are white and black with scimitar horns in both genders. Erosi are darker in color, with more graceful defined features. Rasha leans toward more feral looks, with prominent white under bellies, and facial markings. Rula tend toward ducks, crane, and other water fowl. Other variants are in too small of a population to make any notable comparison.
Immigration into the Halzin Nations is a tightly controlled and monitored process, with outside visitors coming in to a very untrusting and xenophobic population.
