Located to the far East, Attia is at the limits of most travel for the areas of Duno and Halzin Nations. Originally connected via waypoint stops out to the eastern sea, collapse of these safety points has cut off travel further east, and crippled the economy around Attia with it. Historically Attia was a sweeping city of stone structures, suited for the savannah it once occupied, now turned full desert. Slightly larger than most of the small towns scattered across the continent, Attia is home to a thriving population, and has remained a central trade point between Halzin and other smaller towns. Currently Attia is a closed city, and it's temples are off limits to travelers, as well outside aid.
While not a member of the Halzin nations, Attia is considered allies, and supports military movement with it's sister city.
Split evenly between humans and second race. Human residents are racially varied, but carry some similar traits to the nearby Halzin Nations' two cultural diversities. Second race have some unique characteristics in this area, the wepi tend toward heavy set bison, ox and cattle, while the Erosi have a predominate black coloration.
Rasha are allowed within the city, but require monitoring, and their food is handled specially via the city's law enforcers, to avoid any tension with other Second race regarding their meat requirements.
Asini are not disallowed, but have faced issues in the past, and are generally not allowed full residence within Attia.
